Groceries 

At Kitami Carrington we have a variety of groceries.

We have a strict 14-day refund policy, in which a receipt must be shown for proof of purchase. Refunds are not applicable for groceries that have expired after the date of purchase

Bookings 

We do take bookings by phone; however, please bear in mind that we only allow late arrivals by up to 10 minutes. Any time past that, we cannot guarantee you a seat.


Corkage and BYO Alcohol


We allow BYO beer and wine, but we do not allow any other outside food or drink

We are a small establishment, so seating is limited. To dine in, all adults seated must order at least one item per person.

For beers, we do not have any corkage,
whereas wine will incur a $2 per person fee.

We do not refrigerate any alcohol brought into the premises,
nor do we have any ice bucket service.

We do not allow patrons to drink their alcohol until all people have placed an order.

Treatment of staff

We at Kitami consider our staff very important, so any abusive or violent behavior towards any of our staff will not be tolerated. Any persons who do will be asked to leave, and depending on the situation, could be denied entry in future.
